As a Payroll Clerk, you'll play a critical role in managing payroll operations for Shared Health. With at least three years of Microsoft Office experience and a foundation in accounting, you will resolve payroll-related challenges while upholding privacy standards. Collaboration with various departments ensures accurate execution of payroll tasks and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with internal departments about payroll
• Organize and prioritize payroll workflows efficiently
• Adhere to organizational policies and external regulations
• Leverage Microsoft Office and payroll systems for reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in Microsoft Office
• Post-secondary training in computerized accounting
• Knowledge of SAP and Crystal Reports is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage confidential payroll situations
