Client Services Manager – Remote
We are seeking a proactive leader to manage multiple client service programs and ensure customer satisfaction, consistency, and retention.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage client renewals, service instructions, pricing, reporting, and contracts for assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary client contact, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Analyze and communicate loss data and cost drivers to clients.
- Coordinate projects, identify service issues, and support cross‑selling opportunities.
- Lead and develop team members, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
- Support quality initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
- Travel as required.
Education & Licensing: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Colleague to pursue CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other related designation required.
Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge:
California Workers Compensation claims experience required.
Starting pay range $100,000–$107,000 per year in the specified jurisdiction, influenced by skill set, experience, and location.
