Job Description SummaryThe Director, Sales Finance – United is the key business partner for both the SVP, Supplier Business Development – Diageo and the VP, Supplier Business Development - Moet. This role will oversee the creation of supplier P&Ls, create trackers and KPIs to analyze promotional spends, and track contractual commitments. The role will drive standardization and governance around all financial reporting for Diageo and Moet.
Job DescriptionThis role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage Office Location.
Job Responsibilities- Create Supplier P&Ls – Create both historical and projected supplier P&Ls ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance around the process. Present P&L findings both internally and externally driving insights and actions.
- Track Commitments – Coordinate with markets to create consistent supplier spend trackers.
- Coordinate with markets to create consistent supplier spend trackers.
- Track and report on other supplier commitments on a regular cadence.
- Perform detailed profitability analysis monthly and provide insights.
- Coordinate forecasting processes with the markets.
- Lead supplier annual budgeting processes.
- Work with supplier partners on new Ways of Working and develop best practices around monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis as directed by SVPs and VPs.
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
- Must be a results‑oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Analytic and Reporting skills.
- Utilize sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Requires conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications, where sufficient information may not be available.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.
