Job Title:
Business Development Executive - IT Staffing (Southern California Territories)

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at OSTechnical, a leading IT staffing agency. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, top-tier tools, and an industry-leading compensation plan, including a base salary, commission incentives (above industry standards), monthly car, internet, and phone allowances, plus a 100% remote work schedule. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers, directors, and executives at companies with technology staffing needs.
  • Proactively reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and social media, logging activities into our CRM.
  • Set meetings, conduct presentations, and close deals on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure job requirements are clear and candidates are well-matched.
  • Negotiate competitive bill rates and build relationships with clients’ AP teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Continuously grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT staffing sales, IT Solutions Sales, or information technology related business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload independently.
  • Passion for building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrate extreme creativity to devise new ideas and disciplined action plans to acquire clients.
