UCC Sales Operations Analyst

Reporting to the UCC Associate Director, Commercial Integration & Pricing, the UCC Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting utilization, continuous improvements, end user adoption, and training of sales enablement tools (focused on ) ensuring usage and execution align with and drive UCC leadership goals and initiatives. This individual will partner closely with UCC Leadership along with the sales, marketing, and clinical teams to develop reports and dashboards that align with the evolving business needs and UCC Leadership initiatives.

This role will report to the divisional level but collaborate closely with the BD Commercial Operations team related to the management of the UCC  Org (customer version assigned to the UCC team) and serve as liaison between UCC and the US Region Salesforce DA (Delegated Administrator) team. This position will serve as the SFDC functional competency leader for the UCC platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • UCC SFDC Delegated Administrator
  • On/Off boarding within SFDC in key areas such as Territory Management, Opportunities, Public Groups, Roles and Profiles
  • Provide End User support to all BU Salesforce users
  • Support associates on all Salesforce related inquiries while ensuring Salesforce data integrity
  • Troubleshoot issues submitted by end users. If unable to supply a solution, submit and track UCC RITM or SF Case, work with IT to resolve
  • Coordinate and lead continuous improvement/enhancement requests to ensure Salesforce is meeting business needs
  • Create, track, prioritize and manage SF Cases related to system enhancement projects. Clearly understand the requirements needed for the request and work with third party teams to develop, test and launch enhancements.
  • User Training
  • Develop and deliver all New Hire SFDC Training
  • Lead change management and training for all Salesforce projects and enhancements
  • Facilitate on-going Salesforce demo's/trainings for UCC organization as needed (i.e.: enhancements, system updates, new processes, etc.)
  • Conduct refresher training for current end users
  • Update training materials to maintain relevancy
  • Lead Super User network and routine cadence calls with BU to increase end user engagement
  • Develop periodic assessments to measure Salesforce adoption and ROI
  • Create surveys to capture end user feedback to understand usage, determine needs for training and suggestions for future enhancements
  • Support BDX SFDC enhancements/projects (be a resource, collaborate, perform testing etc.)
  • UCC SFDC Analytics
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to understand needs of sales, marketing and clinical stakeholders related to  updates and changes to process and data management
  • Develop BU dashboards with relevant metrics to provide insights on performance against defined business goals
  • Create, maintain, and train on standard and customized  dashboards and reports
  • Utilize standard and customized reports to measure trends and provide guidance that includes salesforce effectiveness and feedback to sales leadership
  • Lead and develop future tools to optimize customer centric methodology tracking and impact on sales performance
  • Support the training tools for managers to measure sales team compliance and goals
  • Recommend reporting applications and tools to measure and identify potential sales opportunities that impact business strategies and decisions
  • Work with functional leaders to develop standardized reporting methodologies, eliminate duplicate reporting, and effectively deploy and utilize sales reporting tools and reports
  • Audit system usage and funnel clean up and closer rates to optimize usage
  • Work with BD Sales Effectiveness team to ensure UCC teams are scoring effectively with  usage and application

Skills:
