Drive efficiency in Hootsuite's global procurement as a remote Procurement Manager. Optimize processes, manage purchases, and enhance profitability across key business areas.
In this fixed-term role from July 2026 to November 2027, you will lead strategic sourcing and oversee procurement operations h at least 8 years of procurement experience and 2 years in SaaS, you will negotiate complex contracts, advise stakeholders, and implement effective purchasing processes. Your expertise in managing software budgets and analyzing organizational spending will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee purchases across the organization
• Negotiate complex software contracts and agreements
• Advise executives on negotiation strategies
• Design and implement procurement processes
• Analyze systems for data-driven insights
Requirements:
• 8+ years in procurement or related field
• 2+ years of SaaS procurement experience
• Post-secondary education in business or related areas
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Proven project management abilities
