In this critical role reporting to the VP, Accident & Health, you will create and deliver key performance reports and dashboards that support business decisions. You will collaborate with your team to enhance reporting processes, contribute to product launches, and ensure that insights are communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver operational and performance reporting tools
• Analyze data for effective business planning and monitoring
• Manage timely reporting cycles and meet deadlines
• Extract and interpret data using modern analytics tools
• Assist in small to mid-scale projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant education and experience
• 5+ years in reporting with strong Excel and reporting tool skills
• Familiarity with the insurance or financial industry is beneficial
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Team-oriented and adaptable to changing conditions
Contribute to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence in NBFC’s Accident & Health sector.
