Our client, a nationally ranked leader in digital performance marketing, is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships, to join their sales team in Lehigh Valley, PA. This is an individual contributor business development role focused on identifying and qualifying prospective strategic brand partners. In this position, you will conduct outbound prospecting, build relationships with decision‑makers at mid‑market and enterprise organizations, and generate qualified partnership opportunities for leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar prospecting‑focused role within digital marketing. To be successful, you must be highly motivated, relationship‑driven, tech‑savvy, and comfortable conducting high‑volume outreach while managing multiple opportunities. • Research target companies and strategic brand partners for outbound prospecting efforts
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In networking
• Build relationships with prospective partners across targeted industry verticals
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for leadership
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities
• Conduct meaningful conversations with executive‑level stakeholders
• Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of prospect activity and engagement
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach messaging, sales materials, and prospecting strategies
• Track activity metrics and pipeline performance to support business growth initiatives
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
• Work independently to manage priorities, drive activity, and achieve performance goals

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience within digital marketing is required
• Experience calling on mid‑market or larger‑sized organizations is required
• Experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling & Linked In prospecting, is required
• Experience generating qualified opportunities through business development efforts is required
• Tech savvy, including CRM proficiency, is required
• Ability to work onsite in Lehigh Valley, PA approximately 2-4 times per month is required
