As we expand across North America and Europe, we are building a remote team of disciplined, accountable professionals who value learning, growth, and meaningful outcomes.

• Leading consultative, conversations with qualified inbound prospects (full training provided)
• Leading alignment-focused interviews and qualification decisions
• Managing your full-cycle pipeline independently
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up and activity standards
• Participating in weekly Zoom training and development calls
• Continuously refining communication and leadership skills and capability

• 7+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or client acquisitions
• Strong closer with disciplined follow-up habits
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and production without micromanagement
• Confident conducting interviews, qualifying prospects and onboarding
• Comfortable working independently, organized, and internally driven
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills, including digital engagement and marketing, combined with a self-directed work style and a genuine interest in personal growth, leadership development, and supporting others.
