Deepgram is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity leave coverage of approximately 4 months. This remote-first role requires someone to provide effective HR partnership, support employee relations, and work with leadership across the organization.
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a Business Partner role, particularly in fast-paced or complex environments. Desirable skills include strong business judgment and familiarity with performance management.
