About the Role

At Gomibo, we believe telecom should be simple, transparent, and accessible to everyone. After becoming the Dutch market leader with Belsimpel — generating over €524 million in annual revenue — we're now expanding across Europe, starting with Germany.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll take the lead in building and strengthening a high‑impact partner network, manage strategic relationships with major telecom providers and global device manufacturers (e.g., Vodafone), and translate partnership opportunities into measurable growth and KPIs such as Contract Sales in Germany. You’ll own our commercial strategy in Germany, negotiate key deals, and help establish Gomibo as the go‑to telecom platform for both customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive Gomibo’s long‑term commercial strategy for the German market.
  • Build, strengthen, and scale strategic partnerships with major accounts like Telekom and Vodafone.
  • Lead complex negotiations, manage long‑term contracts, and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
  • Guide and support colleagues in partnership management and project execution.
  • Deliver measurable growth in key KPIs, including sales, margin, and partner impact.
  • Travel frequently (approximately twice a week) to meet partners and attend conferences across Germany.
The Team

You’ll join the Gomibo German Growth team – a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial group of Dutch and German professionals on a mission to conquer the German telecom market. The team operates like a startup: agile, hands‑on and ambitious – backed by the infrastructure, resources, and stability of Dutch market leader Belsimpel.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Commercial Management, and work with experts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to bring strategies to life.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Academic degree (or equivalent ability) and 5–10 years of experience in the German telecom industry, preferably with a well‑established network.
  • Strong commercial mindset and a hands‑on, proactive approach.
  • Clear vision for commercial performance and ability to align and motivate teams across execution and content.
  • Experience leading a team of partnership managers.
  • Pioneering mindset and confidence navigating new markets, challenges, and environments.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders across different levels, including management teams.
  • Analytical and structured way of working.
  • Fluent in German and professional in English.
Application Process

If you live outside the Netherlands, the first interview can be conducted online. Once we move forward, we will invite you to visit our office in the Netherlands to meet your potential new team. All travel expenses (transport & accommodation) will be covered by us. In the first year, it is required to be present at the office in Groningen two days a week.

Hotel and travel expenses are taken care of. After the first year, visits to the Groningen headquarters can be scheduled on a bi‑weekly basis.
