Position: Client Logistics Coordinator Hybrid Role
Become a vital part of the Mental Health Commission of Canada as a Coordinator focused on Client Experience and Logistics. This role ensures high-quality client interactions and smooth operational processes.

Located in Ottawa, ON, this fixed-term contract position emphasizes exceptional logistics coordination and client service for the Opening Minds initiatives. You will be responsible for managing course logistics and enhancing the stakeholder experience across all program offerings. Your proactive engagement will positively impact mental health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for all clients

• Coordinate logistics including scheduling and material distribution

• Monitor and process course-related invoices

• Track facilitator contracts and oversee travel arrangements

• Enhance cross-department communication for service efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or administrative diploma with 2 years of experience

• Background in project management is preferred

• High competency in MS Office and Salesforce

• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Bilingual in French and English highly preferred
