Be a pivotal part of BCMEA's training programs as an Operations Analyst in this hybrid role. Your analytical prowess will enhance operational effectiveness with flexibility to work from home one day weekly.
This 12-month contract involves conducting operational assessments and offering insights to the Operations Supervisor and Manager. Your contributions will facilitate better management of training responses to industry demands while tracking workforce planning metrics thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver analytical insights for training program enhancements
• Handle payroll and perform core competencies verification
• Serve as a point of contact for training management information
• Collaborate with Dispatch to understand industry dynamics
• Offer actionable recommendations for system improvements
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of operations experience in a union setting
• Related undergraduate degree or college diploma
• Strong data fluency and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant software
