Supports financial advisors and their prospective and existing clients and other branch staff team members. Demonstrates effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual), as well as the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates with assigned advisors proactively on a daily basis to ensure needs are being met and necessary support is being provided.
  • Manages client account maintenance activities including opening and maintaining accounts, submitting forms, handling money movements, and monitoring transactions and transfers.
  • Delivers client support by preparing meetings, running reports, following up on meetings, and executing special outreach projects.
  • Provides high caliber service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Researches complex client situations, communicates with home office departments to find timely resolutions, and manages client expectations until resolved.
  • Participates in ongoing training and education to ensure efficient use of technology and firm resources.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Coordinates and oversees the transition process for new client account transfers with other functional areas to ensure a professional and complete onboarding process.
  • Assists with prospective clients by providing consultation and education regarding the Raymond James and Associates platform.
Qualifications

Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience. Branch experience preferred or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

Proficient in Microsoft program suite with advanced Excel knowledge; able to analyze account information. Skilled in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and provide a high level of customer service.

Licenses & Certifications
  • SIE required unless exemption or grandfathering applies.
  • Series7 required.
  • Series
    63,65, and/or66 required as per state regulations.
  • Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations if required by state.
Experience & Travel

General experience: 6 to 10 years.

Travel less than 25%.
