Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Location: St. Louis
IMPACT Group is a certified woman-owned career coaching firm based in St. Louis, MO that focuses on relocation, leadership development, and outplacement solutions.
Location & Hours- Must reside in the St. Louis metro area.
- Part‑time, mostly remote position with ~5% on site at our Chesterfield office for meetings and events.
- Schedule is flexible: 20‑30 hours per week, Monday‑Friday during business hours.
Complete online and phone research to help individuals and families navigate corporate relocations, such as finding new doctors, obtaining professional licenses, locating childcare, and other relocation‑related needs.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED (college not required; some college a plus).
- At least 18 years old.
- Good phone skills and working knowledge of the internet.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Research and other teams.
- Proficiency in internet searching and quickly mastering proprietary research tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 45 wpm typing speed.
- Creative, proactive thinking and effective problem solving.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsing.
- Passion for helping people and creating a smooth, stress‑free relocation process.
- Quick learning of new technologies and ability to use AI for research.
- Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Availability to work during business hours with a flexible, work‑from‑home schedule.
- Own high‑speed internet, telephone, and computer at home.
