Digital Product Manager (Lead Consultant) – Producer Compensation Engine at Allstate

Owns and evolves the Producer Incentive Compensation Engine, focusing on bonus and incentive pay calculations. A highly visible role with responsibility for strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and daily execution.

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the compensation engine.
• Translate complex compensation rules into product features and user stories.
• Drive Agile delivery with Engineering using APIs, microservices and Java stack.
• Own product metrics, accuracy and adoption.
• Champion human‑centered design and cross‑team collaboration.

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, owning end‑to‑end delivery.
• Expertise in product discovery, roadmap, Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows and system integration.

• Financial systems, compensation platforms or rule‑based engines.
• Outcome‑Based Delivery (OBD) model and API‑based integration engine.
• Experience in regulated environments such as SOX, finance or insurance.
• Modern architecture: microservices, event‑driven systems, AI or automation.

Annual salary range: $110,000 – $181,025, based on experience and qualifications.
