This role is responsible for executing and coordinating key initiatives across financial education, advisor network operations, and AI-enabled programs. You will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring that workflows run smoothly, deliverables are completed on time, and cross-functional efforts remain aligned.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that supports a globally distributed team and requires strong ownership, precision, and proactive communication. You will work closely with the VP, Global, and partner with teams across our Advisor Network, Education, Customer Success, and AI to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Financial Advisory, Education, Customer Success, and AI teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of key programs
  • Manage committee operations, including agenda planning, meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up for recurring cross-functional forums (e.g., financial planning and AI initiatives)
  • Own project tracking and accountability, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, deadlines are met, and progress is communicated to stakeholders
  • Oversee global education content workflows, including distribution, tracking, and completion of content reviews and updates across multiple international markets
  • Support advisor network operations, including onboarding coordination, system setup (e.g., Salesforce, Calendly), and ongoing administrative support
  • Coordinate webinar execution, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder communication, and readiness across presenters and internal teams
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements by leveraging project management tools and AI to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability of operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or HR technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in a fully remote environment
  • High degree of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive work forward independently
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial wellness, wealth management, or related financial services industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Calendly, or similar operational tools
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and managing recurring workflows or committees
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflows, or knowledge management systems
  • Experience supporting global content operations, localization, or review processes
  • Experience working with advisor or partner networks
