Sr Analytics & Reporting Analyst - Medicare Advantage Tennessee Market

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and delivering market performance reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that support the Tennessee market’s strategic and operational objectives. The role partners with business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs, translates business requirements into detailed report specifications and meaningful analyses, and collaborates across cross‑functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues impacting market performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports using enterprise reporting tools to provide timely, accurate, and relevant information for stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives by analyzing financial, operational, and membership data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and assess business outcomes.
• Work closely with matrix partners across multiple departments to build strong relationships, align priorities, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality analytical solutions.
• Provide support in identifying trends, patterns, and key insights within complex datasets, interpret findings, and communicate recommendations that drive informed decision‑making and support market performance and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree (or four‑year degree) and two years experience in data analysis & reporting (or four years experience).
• Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Solve complex problems with guidance.
• Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.
• Work with both internal and external data.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage.

3 days in office; 2 days work from home.

• Base Pay Range $61,500.00 – $ (exact compensation may vary).
