  • Act as a primary GEICO representative to carrier partners, leading discussions related to performance outcomes, operational alignment, and continuous improvement with a high degree of independence.
  • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with agencies and carriers to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate agency and carrier performance, effectiveness, and return on investment, recommending strategic adjustments to maximize business impact.
  • Partner with internal leaders to align agency and carrier execution with enterprise sales, service, and growth strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory, licensing, and carrier requirements as they relate to agency‑distributed P&C business, ensuring they are appropriately incorporated into operational practices.
  • Monitor complaint trends, audit outcomes, and quality indicators to identify themes that may impact business performance or partner relationships.

  • Leverage performance, quality, and partner data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across agency and carrier channels.
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level insights and recommendations related to agency performance, carrier health, and operational risk.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance for senior leadership and external partners.
  • Review and evolve agency‑and carrier‑driven processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the distribution model.
  • Lead change initiatives in response to business growth, carrier expectations, or operational opportunities.
  • Measure the effectiveness of changes post‑implementation and adjust strategies to ensure sustained results.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance trends, risks, and opportunities across agency and carrier partners.
Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with deep exposure to agency distribution and multi‑carrier environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing and influencing multiple carrier relationships within an agency model.
  • Proven ability to represent an organization externally with credibility and confidence, including direct engagement with carrier partners and agencies without extensive oversight.
  • Strong leadership experience operating in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to translate performance and risk data into strategic action.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging senior executives and external partners.
Leadership Expectations
  • Operate as a trusted business leader who balances risk awareness with practical, results‑driven execution.
  • Anticipate performance and operational challenges before they impact agencies, carriers, or customers.
  • Build durable partnerships with carriers and agencies through credibility, transparency, and sound judgment.
  • Lead with accountability, integrity, and strategic perspective in complex, high‑visibility situations.
