Role OverviewAs a Product Manager at Artipoppe, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle within a defined category. From shaping strategy and developing concepts to launching products and tracking performance, you will ensure that our portfolio remains distinctive, relevant, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Portfolio Management- Own the product strategy and roadmap for your category within the product portfolio.
- Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build and manage a balanced product portfolio that supports brand positioning and commercial growth.
- Define pricing strategy and product positioning in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch in close collaboration with Product Development and Design teams.
- Define clear product briefs, including target consumer, positioning, features, and pricing.
- Validate product concepts and ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Lead product gate meetings and prioritize features throughout the development process.
- Develop business cases and product forecasts to support new product initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to optimize the assortment.
- Track key metrics such as sales performance, margins, and product lifecycle performance.
- Ensure the product portfolio supports overall revenue and growth objectives.
- Partner with Brand and Communications teams to shape the product narrative and key selling points.
- Contribute to launch strategies to ensure products enter the market with strong positioning and clear messaging.
- Provide product expertise and storytelling to support sales teams, wholesale partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Product Development, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to internal stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to market launch.
- Proven ability to combine consumer insight, brand thinking, and commercial strategy.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with design, development, and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
