Fran Dev Co  is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to support our Franchise Development team!

What You’ll Do
  • Qualify franchise candidates and assess their fit for our brand partners
  • Manage and track all candidate activity in Hub Spot CRM
  • Schedule calls, meetings, and discovery steps
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support development directors to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with all prospects
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Hub Spot CRM (or similar)
  • Franchise experience is a plus
