The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and submitting cost proposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable regulatory guidelines. The Senior Pricing Analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Contracts, Finance, Business Development, and Operations, to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies for federal, state, and local government contracts.

You will build strong relationships, serve as a thought partner to a broad set of stakeholders, and stay informed of federal, state, and local requirements impacting government contracting. You are a critical member of the Finance and Accounting team and will report to the FP&A Manager.

You will work as part of a remote‑first team to deliver the highest quality internal support and solutions to cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing company. Nava is ~500 people today, and the Senior Pricing Analyst will be integral to help us to continue growing over the next several years by contributing to contract bids, contract recompetes, and broader company financial insights.

Critical to this role will be the ability to deliver pricing models, financial models, data analytics, and presentations that deepen company financial understanding.

In particular, we are looking for a strong operator who will deeply understand our goals, business, delivery approach, and mission, before bringing their expertise to the table to help us get there.

• Lead end‑to‑end pricing efforts for federal and state government solicitations, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), by working closely with business development, program delivery, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and refine accurate pricing models that address specific solicitation requirements while answering critical questions that company leadership raises during the bid process. This includes performing cost‑volume analysis, ensuring competitive proposals, and confirming price proposals are fully compliant.
• Ensure all pricing proposals adhere to applicable FAR, DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and other government regulations, often in partnership with the Contracts and Finance teams.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, subcontractors, travel, and other direct/indirect costs on pricing proposals, which includes assisting with development and documentation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) that substantiate cost estimates, often under tight timelines.
