Software Support Analyst; Accounting​/Financial

MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst with accounting/financial knowledge to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.

The analyst will resolve customer queries, analyze software issues, recommend solutions, and act as the primary point of contact for a wide range of functional questions and technical issues.

The role operates within a hybrid working model with 2‑3 days working from home per week and is based in the Cape Town office.

This position relates to the MRI Property Central product suite.

• 2–3 years’ experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Basic accounting knowledge of terminology and practices.
• Professional communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts both written and verbally.
• Ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and patience skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skillset.
• Strong administration and time‑management skills.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft product suite.
• Familiarity with the property or software industry is a plus.
