Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve processes. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data models.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
• Support the implementation of business solutions and ensure successful adoption across the organization.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Strong expertise in Data Analysis, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven experience in business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong focus on data analysis.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
