Partnership and Contracts Manager V

We’re hiring a Program Contracts Manager for a 12-month remote contract opportunity supporting complex contract management initiatives for a confidential enterprise client. This role is ideal for a senior contracts professional with strong experience managing professional services agreements, statements of work, master service agreements, contract drafting, redlining, negotiations, risk mitigation, and contract lifecycle processes.

The selected candidate will support end-to-end contract management activities, including deal intake, contract drafting, commercial/legal term negotiation, contract playbook maintenance, process improvement, and risk/cost containment. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sourcing, Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contract intake, drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution processes
• Support complex professional services and construction-related agreements
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify contract risks, cost impacts, and process improvements
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sourcing, and Operations teams
• Maintain contract playbooks, templates, workflows, and internal procedures
• Ensure contracts are complete, properly documented, and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Help improve contract lifecycle management processes and operational efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracts, or professional services contracting
• Strong hands-on experience with MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, and work order structures
• Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating commercial/legal contract terms
• Experience using contract lifecycle management tools or structured intake systems such as Ariba, Coupa, JIRA-based workflows, or similar platforms
• Ability to act as a first-line contract reviewer before Legal escalation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with infrastructure, construction, engineering, facilities, consulting, managed services, or operations-related contracts
• Background in Legal Studies, Contract Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• J.D., LL.M., or similar legal/commercial contracts background
• Experience improving contracting processes, playbooks, workflows, and contract lifecycle procedures
• Experience using AI tools for contract review, redlining, comparison, or abstraction
