Your education/your skills:
Graduated from a business school, engineering school or university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/insurance sector, in compliance, operational risk control/audit with significant experience in project management. You have strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and writing skills. You know how to develop long-term relationships. You like to coordinate, lead and manage a project.
You have both business and consulting skills in line with Axis Alternatives' positioning.
Missions:
Our missions focus on business topics in a project mode (organizational or methodological evolution or system impact) in the areas of:
- Risk and internal control: mapping operational risks, LOD1/LOD2 control devices, implementation of anti-fraud devices, business continuity, crisis management, internal control system.
- Regulatory compliance: deployment of LCB/FT, Ethics and Deontology, Market Abuse, support in compliance with new regulations (EMIR, MIFID 2, DD2, LPM,…). Analysis of legislative and regulatory changes (DORA, GDPR, Sapin II…).
- Coordination and project management of compliance: project compliance framing, interpretation of regulation, audit of the existing, recommendations for compliance, diagnosis of the compliance function, definition of TOM (Target Operating Model), assistance to the owner in the framework of the transformation of the Compliance IT, change management...
Beyond the missions you carry out, you participate in the construction of the firm through our various internal projects (recruitment, participation in AO, development of the firm, innovation, etc).
Proficiency in professional English is required for this position.

Our recruitment process:
At Axis Alternatives, we do everything to offer you a clear, structured and fluid process. Here are the steps of our exchanges:
1. Phone qualification – 15 min
A first contact with our HR team to better understand your background, motivations and expectations. This exchange allows us to validate together the adequacy between your professional project and the opportunities within our firm.
2. First interview – Meeting with a Consultant or Manager
We will present our firm, our positioning and our vision. It will also be an opportunity to discuss in detail your experience and aspirations.
3. Second interview – Technical evaluation
You will discuss with a manager or partner. The objective: to deepen your technical and functional skills. A practical case may be proposed to you to better understand your approach and reasoning.
4. Third interview – HR meeting
A final exchange with our HR department to review the previous steps and present our HR policy (training, support, career development…).
