Management Intern

Role Description

This full-time Management Intern role at Burç Group is a hybrid position based in Maslak and Levent Istanbul, with a combination of on-site work and some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Management Intern will support day‑to‑day business operations, including preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with scheduling and coordination across teams. The role involves analyzing and entering data, contributing to presentations, and supporting process improvements under the guidance of senior managers.

The intern will help coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time. The position also offers exposure to strategic planning, cross‑functional collaboration, contract management and hands‑on experience in a dynamic, professional environment.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with comfort working with data, reports, and basic business metrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear emails, summaries, and presentations.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
• Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and coaching.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish
• Availability to work full time in a hybrid model in Istanbul, with reliable access to a home working environment when remote.
