Your Mission

You lead with passion and build a strong team of business analysts and quality assurance analysts. You develop people, provide orientation, and ensure a working method where professional excellence, quality, and reliability come together. At the same time, you actively work as a lead business analyst on the Online Payroll product and ensure that our solutions are professionally correct, clearly specified, and delivered in high quality.

You combine deep knowledge in payroll with experience from software development and confidently mediate between technical and professional expertise.

Your Tasks
  • You take disciplinary leadership of the business analysts and quality assurance analysts, including goal agreements, development discussions, coaching, and long-term personal development.

  • You ensure that competencies, responsibilities, and capacities in the team are appropriately deployed to our product goals and support in recruiting and structured onboarding of new colleagues.

  • You work actively as a lead business analyst in the Online Payroll product and take responsibility for analysis, conception, and professional elaboration of complex requirements.

  • You are responsible for the quality of the professional specification:
    You ensure clear requirements, traceable acceptance criteria, consistent professional concepts, and clean documentation as a basis for implementation.

  • You strengthen quality assurance together with your team:
    You establish a high professional test quality, support in defining test cases, and ensure a reliable professional acceptance of the results.

  • You moderate workshops for requirement capture and solution finding, structure decisions, and ensure that the cooperation with development, product management, user experience, and other stakeholders works efficiently.

  • You keep an eye on legal changes and market requirements in payroll and ensure that they are correctly, timely, and customer-oriented considered in Online Payroll.

  • You develop standards and working methods for business analysis and quality assurance further, so that we can deliver faster without losing quality.

That’s what excites us

  • You have at least five years of practical experience in payroll and can structure and convey complex professional issues clearly and comprehensibly.

  • You have at least three years of experience in disciplinary leadership and demonstrably enjoy developing people, setting clear expectations, and making a team successful.

  • You know the reality of modern software development and have experience working with development teams in an agile environment.

  • You have very good skills in requirements engineering, stakeholder management, moderation, and conflict resolution.

  • You work structured, decisive, and quality-oriented without losing sight of pragmatic solutions.

  • Experience in human resources is a plus, especially in the context of personnel processes, personnel administration, or related topics.

  • You are linguistically convincing with native-level German and very good English in speech and writing.
