We specialize in the sustainable resolution of the most difficult company situations and the implementation of complex transformation processes. We advise companies on fundamental analyses and far-reaching decisions in the strategic, operational, and financial areas and ensure their consistent implementation.

• Assist in the creation of turnaround programs and restructuring concepts
• Conceptualization and implementation of integrated (group) planning models
• Validation and verification of existing plans and models
• Quantification of financial economic measurement effects and establishment of control instruments
• Conducting strategic options analysis
• Participation in the development of internal standards for integrated corporate planning

• Very good academic qualification with a focus on business administration, business engineering, business informatics, or law
• Very good Microsoft Excel skills and interest in model-technical implementations
• High analytical skills and enjoyment in developing creative solutions
• Relevant practical experience with very good performance
• Proven English skills through foreign experience
