Support Experience Product Manager
The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. At WFS, our aim is to differentiate on trust, transparency, and partnership. While we aim to have a super intuitive experience, we know that sellers will always need to reach out for help. This role is about improving the experience for sellers seeking help, so that they always walk away feeling like truly valued partners.
This role will collaborate across Strategy, Account Management, Fulfillment Operations, Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to set the vision and build solutions that provide a differentiating seller support experience. Obsessing over simplification and reducing friction for sellers seeking support is at the heart of this role - i.e. self-service experiences, proactive support, and efficient associate tools. You'll channel a deep affinity for our sellers (be the voice of the seller), and understand how to improve their experience now, and anticipate where they will need help in the future.
You will demonstrate a spirit of continuous improvement, as you take what you learn to innovate the support experience as it evolves.
In this role you will apply a general management perspective, an agile way of working, and a problem-solving approach. You will showcase your ability to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the product roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the desired product outcomes.
You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a roadmap to winning on our platform.
This Support Experience Product Manager will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management and engineering, strategy, merchant technology, retail merchandising, supply chain & analytics.

- Creating product strategy
- Develop roadmap for key initiatives and advocate for features that allow sellers to optimize their assortment, availability, and post purchase functions effectively on - Driving end to end ownership
- Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including Data science and engineering teams. - Leading product initiatives
- Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; drive process changes based on feedback; drive resource allocation decisions; and set the standard for Product Manager deliverables. - Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations
