We need a Business Process Analyst with working experience in the Sales and Marketing space. Role requires knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Salesforce.
PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Create and manage production support, bug, and enhancement tickets in Jira
- Lead status meetings, business prioritization meetings, process development workshops, and training sessions
- Facilitate communication between user community and project teams
- Work closely with key stakeholders and business management to prioritize and align requests with strategic initiatives
- Develop and recommend new or improved business processes, policies, and system solutions
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Write functional specs capturing business requirements, document user desktop procedures, process flows and RACI
- Document business requirements in Confluence
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing and end‑user process and system training
- Secure user support and adoption of new processes
- Working knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Salesforce
- Working experience in business solution life cycle, writing requirements documents, process flows and functional specifications that capture business requirements
- Experience working with cross‑functional and global teams to embrace new solutions, utilize business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, swim‑lane diagrams to develop solutions and ensure design is consistent with future initiatives and scalable
- Working experience in Sales and Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Knowledge of data management and analysis (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- 4+ years of business process experience in the Sales and Marketing area
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, Jira, Confluence and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing or related field and 4+ years of related business process analysis experience
Hybrid (working from home and in office)
Shift5 days per week, Monday-Friday: core hours 8:30 am-5 pm
