Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute membership engagement and retention strategies

• Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential members

• Streamline operational processes for membership activities

• Lead event planning and coordinate partnerships

• Handle invoicing and dues tracking efficiently
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in membership or operations

• Experience in event planning and stakeholder management

• Knowledge of the fintech landscape is advantageous

• Strong detail orientation and communication abilities
