Responsibilities:

Optimize workflow automation by monitoring and maintaining sophisticated enterprise project management dashboards to ensure real-time data integrity and eliminate pipeline bottlenecks.

Synchronize cross-functional assets and coordinate seamless task handoffs between design, proofing, and leadership teams to drive the end-to-end execution of thousands of critical deliverables.

Triage high-volume communication by managing dense streams of digital notifications and stakeholder inquiries, swiftly prioritizing business-critical actions to maintain project momentum.

Facilitate strategic alignment by serving as the central consultative partner for creative directors and internal stakeholders, delivering clear updates regarding risk mitigation and milestone achievements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience utilizing enterprise-level project management systems (such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet) alongside your own secure, dedicated workstation.

Demonstrated history navigating high-visibility, process-driven corporate or agency environments, successfully managing multi-project life cycles simultaneously.

A verified ability to prioritize competing operational demands, pivot fluidly under shifting timelines, and serve as an authoritative, stabilizing hub for creative teams.

Exceptional organizational acumen paired with the professional articulation necessary to collaborate with, influence, and support cross-functional stakeholders.
