Your role involves the further expansion of our successful fleet leasing business. From your home office, you will ensure intensive support for dealers in your region and stimulate the full-service leasing business with commercial customers. You will act as the interface between the trade and our central specialist departments. You will support the group's brand dealers in business operations and in acquiring new commercial customers, and advise them on a daily basis in their processes.

At the same time, you will optimize service processes and quality. You will also continuously train and support your dealers in using our online calculation program.
What you bring to the table:
Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive and retail sectors, or a comparable qualification and several years of sales experience
Ideally experience in commercial automotive trade
In-depth product knowledge in the area of leasing/full-service leasing
Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Consulting affinity with the ability for effective relationship management
Flexibility and a strong performance motivation
Dynamics and initiative to be active from your home office
