Change Management, Operations Manager
What You'll Do:
- People Leadership & Team Development Directly manage a team of Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants. Provide regular coaching, feedback and career development through 1:1s, HR processes and development plans. Lead hiring, onboarding and training; identify high‑potential members and support career progression.
- Operational & Program Management Own day‑to‑day operational health of the Retainer Management program, ensuring consistent execution of account management activities, engagement cadences and program administration. Improve team processes and documentation, monitor workload distribution and capacity, and provide accurate reporting and metrics. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer situations.
- Business & Stakeholder Management Act as the key liaison between the Retainer Management team and internal stakeholders (Sales, Service Delivery, leadership). Support alignment between customer needs and services, contribute to business planning, headcount forecasting, and cross‑sell/upsell opportunities. Represent the team in cross‑functional forums and planning cycles.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement Uphold high standards of quality across all customer‑facing activities. Identify gaps in capabilities, tools or processes, lead initiatives to address them, and promote best‑practice adoption. Lead OKR‑aligned improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- People Leadership & Management Directly managed a team, owned the full employee lifecycle, and invested in people’s growth.
- Program or Operations Management Owned the operational health of a program, including process design, documentation and continuous improvement.
- Customer Success or Account Management Oversaw customer relationship management programs, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement.
- Cybersecurity Services or Incident Response Context Knowledge of cybersecurity services and retainer‑based delivery models or incident response operations.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration Effectively worked across functions to align priorities and drive shared outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage at all levels.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000–$195,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.
