As a key part of JLL, you'll use your bilingual capabilities in English and French to collaborate with Canadian and US teams. This role involves fulfilling compliance, risk management, and procurement responsibilities across various client portfolios. Your strong negotiation skills and understanding of supplier dynamics will be pivotal to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding from documentation to system setup
• Manage contract lifecycle including drafting and renewals
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Act as contact for Certificates of Insurance and other inquiries
• Balance multiple sourcing initiatives and client projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience with 5+ years in procurement
• Proven track record of contract management
• Fluency in English and French for effective dialogue
• Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities
• Ability to navigate varied client and project needs
