• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Contribute to FiSer’s overall strategy, helping shape the future of the consulting practice in the insurance sector.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated consultant with expertise in insurance, pensions, and financial services transformation.

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, pensions or financial services, ideally within a consulting firm, insurance company, or bank.
• A strong network within the insurance industry with experience engaging key decision‑makers.
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects from initiation to implementation, managing risks and resolving conflicts.
• A deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and IT innovations in the insurance sector.
• Project and change‑management expertise in Agile environments.
• A passion for digital transformation and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• The legal right to work in the Netherlands.
