The Product Mission Lead is accountable for owning a defined product mission end-to-end. This includes understanding customer problems, defining the roadmap, and ensuring delivery of high‑quality, commercially impactful product outcomes. The role combines product management, product ownership, and business analysis, enabled by AI and modern tooling to maximise judgement, prioritisation, and execution.

• Proven experience delivering B2B software products from concept through to release
• Demonstrated ownership of product backlogs and delivery of clearly defined requirements
• Strong customer‑facing experience with evidence of commercial decision‑making
• Analytical capability to interpret data and validate product assumptions
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to produce structured, actionable documentation

• Domain experience in ERP, distribution, automotive, rental, or field service
• Experience delivering AI‑enabled product features or applying AI in product workflows
• Exposure to pricing and packaging models including usage‑based or consumption models
