You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize sales processes, and enable more efficient decision‑making across the business. Acting as a key analytical and operational resource, you design scalable reporting frameworks, streamline Salesforce systems, and identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work.

• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define, track, and analyze key business KPIs, delivering insights that improve decision‑making and sales performance.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks to provide leadership with real‑time visibility into sales performance and pipeline health.
• Own Salesforce administration activities, including reporting, dashboards, user management, data integrity, territory setup, and system optimization.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency across sales operations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and deep dives into sales performance trends, proactively surfacing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve forecasting, planning, and overall sales productivity through data‑driven recommendations.

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role within a high‑growth or B2B environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and system administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with sales analytics or BI tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Self‑starter attitude with a proactive approach to identifying problems and driving process improvements.
