Contracting Associate - Remote at athenahealth

Become a key player in operations with athenahealth as a remote Contracting Associate. This role focuses on supporting sales teams through contract management and proposal processes.

As a part of the Sales Operations team, you will ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain CRM data accuracy. Your responsibility includes managing internal communications and assisting with pricing requests, all while working from the West Coast. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline operations and enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts for compliance and process signatures

• Manage contract lifecycle activities efficiently

• Triage pricing requests and route them appropriately

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

• Maintain detailed documentation of operational processes

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• 2–3 years in a related operations role

• Strong skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
