Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily mineral lease and contract activities

• Review and track lease assignments and expirations

• Process notices of lease obligations and terminations

• Conduct crown and freehold land searches

• Support acquisition efforts with necessary documentation

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience with Petroleum Land Administration Certificate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with software tools like Word, Excel, and CS Land

• Strong understanding of P&NG regulations

• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
