About the Role

Senior Compensation Partner responsible for supporting and executing reward strategies that reinforce Crowd Strike's business strategy, drive performance, and help attract and retain top talent.

• Coordinate survey submissions, maintain peer groups, and manage the market data depository.
• Maintain compensation infrastructure (job families, grades, titling) and work toward mastery.
• Plan, prep, launch, run, review, and close out the annual merit cycle.
• Serve as secondary for business/HRBP consulting and shift to primary for at least one business group.
• Lead the annual comprehensive market analysis to inform compensation ranges and budgets.
• Present data, balancing science and storytelling.
• Support creation and administration of incentive programs aligned with performance and company values.
• Assist with new hire, merit, and equity requests to build expertise.
• Ensure pay practices remain compliant and fair.
• Support development and implementation of compensation policies and strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.

• Ideally 5+ years of compensation experience (consulting, finance, accounting, or related field).
• Spreadsheet expert with strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (tested with a case).
• Proficient with slide creation (MS PowerPoint or Google Slides).
• Exceptional analytical skills – ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns.
• Strong communication skills – present and lead meetings regularly.
• Strong project‑management skills to handle fast pace and multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, economics, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for Crowd Strike and its mission to protect customers from breaches.

• Prior compensation experience at a publicly‑traded high‑tech organization.
• Proficiency with VBA, Python, or other coding languages for automation.
• Experience with Radford and Mercer’s job catalogs and leveling conventions.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Executive Compensation (CECP), and/or Equity (CEP) certifications.
• Experience working with publicly traded high‑tech organizations.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 – $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants. Full benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
