In the claims management department in our main office in Hamburg or in the office in Düsseldorf, you will support your future team, among other things, by:

• Processing and handling incoming self- and third-party caused car damage cases
• Supporting and consulting customers/drivers, service providers during the claims process, also by phone
• Settling car damages with lawyers, customers, and insurance companies as well as in ALD liability transfer and ALD comprehensive insurance fund
• Monitoring and recording incoming payments
• Supporting the implementation of claims reviews and house tours

• Successfully completed commercial training as an insurance salesman/woman or legal assistant (w/m/d)
• Professional experience in the processing of car insurance damages
• Very good analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Structured and independent working method
• Team player, communication-oriented and a high level of change, learning, and commitment readiness
• Very good communication skills in German in speech and writing
• English skills
• Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
