The Origination Rep Sr. is responsible for handling projects and transactions under minimal direction. A successful candidate has acquired a wide range of knowledge regarding the natural gas business and is capable of interacting with customers at all levels within our organization. The ability to impact the achievement of customer, functional, operational, project or service objectives and resolve sophisticated problems that improve performance, efficiency and safety are keys to success!

- Anticipates internal/external customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies resolutions to non-standard requests
- Accounts for projects or programs with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Identifies and estimates contributors to costs, accurately forecasts financial information, makes prudent decisions regarding expenditures, and uses financial and quantitative information to guide actions and performance
- Conducts research and analysis to identify, evaluate, recommend, and pursue new growth opportunities that will augment our existing business and expand business opportunities into other segments
- Benchmarks post-transaction operating results and assists in the development of acquisition long-range forecasts
- Demonstrates knowledge of commercial aspects of the energy industry; understands energy market fundamentals, trends, and economics across the industry
- Develops opinions and challenges recommendations on basin, customer and competitor intelligence based off third party tools and publications, and coordinates with investment banks to understand and evaluate potential transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:

- Required:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related area of study; a minimum seven (7) years' related experience - Preferred: MBA
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Knowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream assets
- Experience with asset development
