• 1+ years of work experience; undergraduate involvement in management consulting or industry groups is highly valued.
• Enrolled in or completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field; degrees in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related fields are a plus.
• Complex data analytic skills using Python, SQL, etc. are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to draw actionable insights from data.
• Strong collaboration and teaming skills.
• Inclusive and empathetic team member.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Base salary range: $105,000 to $110,000 per year for U.S. roles, with variability based on experience, skills, and location. Salary is reviewed periodically to align with market conditions.

Total compensation includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit‑based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Benefits include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
