As an Apprentice Business Administration Specialist some of your main activities will be:
Provide support for finance activities, including order entry, change orders and invoicing,credit notes, goodsreceiptand stock items control
Work closely with the Operations teams and cost center managers tomonitorand control costs to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets
Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and commercial documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Complete month-end, quarter-endand year-end closings tasks, which include but are not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly postings, and other required reporting deliverables for the department
Regularlymonitorand evaluate project KPIs.
Implementation and control of Risk Internal Control standards
Data extraction from different tools/systems (e.g.SAP) and their consolidation andanalysisas well as developing,automatingandmaintainingreporting templates.
Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future and supporting the digitalization
Required entry qualifications:
Youare less than 30 years of age,in accordance withthe Italian apprenticeship contract
Youhave a Diploma,Bachelor’sor Master’s Degree in Management,Economics,Management Engineeringor similar
You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English
Aspiration to develop a finance path and growth
Good knowledge of Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledge ofpower BI, SAPwill beconsidereda plus
Having a finance internship experience will be considered a plus
Ability to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between €28,475 and €35,700, depending on the candidate’s educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills,in accordance withthe provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
