Lead Product Manager; Delta

Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead our Product vision and roadmap. You will be responsible for defining our product strategy, building and planning our product roadmap and managing a group of product managers and designers. You’ll be part of the team that builds the marketplace used by our customers to find Home inspectors to allow them to make smarter, faster decisions over the entire lifecycle of a home.

• Attract, scale and lead a group of Product Managers and Product Designers to drive impact across multiple squads
• Collaborate with department leaders to define the product strategy and roadmap
• Oversee and ensure product execution from discovery to market deployment
• Ensure cohesiveness and excellence in the practice of product management
• Be a role model for communication with customers, inspectors and stakeholders, from explaining our strategy, to facilitating alignment towards shared goals, and handling challenging situations.
• Work with the team to identify areas of improvements based off of feedback, research, and data
• Lead initiatives and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders for high‑concept vision to actionable goals and tasks
• Work closely with members of the Engineering, Operations, Sales and Customer Success team to find answers and solutions for our users and to make our team more efficient.

• 8+ years work experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• 3+ years leading Product teams (past experience as Lead Product Manager, Head of Product or Director of Product)
• Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, backlog management, managing stakeholder and customer relationships, etc.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and sales functions in a technology‑driven setting.
• Experience building roadmaps in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Experience using data and user‑centric design methods to solve problems
• Experience working with an engineering and design team
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to adjust quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate ownership and a good amount of agency

• Experience building products and software in a startup environment. Even better if it’s in Proptech or Real Estate
• AI fluent
• Good understanding of web technologies and actual trends
• An appetite for Domain Events
• Any experience with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, React Native or JavaScript in general is a plus
