Position Overview
Join our Global Services & Success organization as a Service Operations Specialist, where you'll drive operational excellence in back-office support and financial data management across Italy. In this role, you'll work independently on routine operational matters while collaborating with global teams, bringing precision and attention to detail to every task. You'll contribute to service delivery excellence through meticulous data control, reporting, and financial analysis—making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency.
This is an opportunity to build expertise in service operations while supporting our customers' success in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage back-office operations including financial data controlling, reporting, and data entry with advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with global policies
Support service delivery workflows by maintaining precise records and contributing to operational reporting that informs business decisions
Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and supporting strategic planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and timely delivery of support services
Identify operational challenges and contribute solutions through careful analysis and attention to detail
Welcome opportunities to learn and grow within the Global Services organization, bringing fresh perspectives to process improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent professional qualification
Fluent in English and Italian
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel , including functions, formulas, and data analysis
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with complex financial and operational data
Comfortable working independently on routine tasks while contributing collaboratively to team objectives
Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple data entry and reporting tasks in a dynamic environment
Willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Familiarity with financial reporting tools or processes
Background in back-office operations or data management

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is €36,300 to €58,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
