The context:
Accompaniment of clients on their Relational and Conversational Marketing strategy at the international level.

The team:
You work with marketing project managers, and under the supervision of a Consulting Director, both with solid experience in the strategic issues of accounts.

The Customer Interactions pole of Epsilon France, it's 130 expert collaborators on Relational and Conversational Marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, studies, measurement...

The mission:
To ensure the good management of marketing projects (CRM, loyalty program overhaul, relational strategy...) to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Daily, four main responsibilities:

• Management: 2 to 5 people (assistant project manager or project manager)
  • Daily project follow-up
  • Relay of strategic information
  • Definition of SMART objectives
  • Support on training and upskilling

• Strategic advice (with the Consulting Direction of the account):
  • Development of a global vision of relational marketing,
  • Elaboration and presentation of strategic recommendations for the client
  • Force of proposal for the implementation of new projects.
  • Competitive surveillance,

• Commercial:
  • Listening to development opportunities, you put the client in relation with the agency experts to maximize synergies.

• Finance
  • Responsible for the contractual and financial aspects of the projects,
  • Participation in annual budget negotiations and follow-up of contractual aspects.

Profile sought:

You master:

• The management of CRM and relational marketing actions: project management, relationship with creation teams, expertise in loyalty programs and CRM tools
• The relationship with complex and international clients
• The management of project manager teams

Ideally, you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A sensitivity for digital environments and CRM.
• A good level of English, essential to manage international clients.

Recruitment process:

• An interview with the Consulting Direction.
• An interview with the Director of the Pole.
