Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support & Development- A 6‑month training program with an experienced peer mentor.

- Independent work with a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Account Management: Perform account opening, handle transfers, process transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and execute branch business plans.
- Technology: Use Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software; show willingness to learn new technology.
